The heart of our work
We believe you already carry the wisdom you need.
This space was created to help you reconnect with it—to remember a way of being that feels grounded, clear, and true.
By tuning into the intelligence of your body, you can move through life with more trust, less second-guessing, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Make this your normal . . .
Waking up with a sense of inner “enoughness,” regardless of your emotional weather.
Feeling confident that your internal compass knows what you need and want.
Saying “no” with ease; or how about “yes AND . . .”
Not losing yourself as you move through work, relationships and change.
Feeling your body as an ally, not an afterthought.
Who this practice space is for
This practice space is designed for women — and speaks to anyone navigating the demands of modern life who wants to stay connected to themselves along the way.
You may be moving through a stressful work environment or carrying responsibilities that few people see. Or you may feel there is something missing, that you want to live with greater alignment, clarity, and self-trust.
If you’re feeling curious about a different way of being—one more grounded, connected, and true to yourself—this is a place to begin.
Ways we can work together
Our course, live labs, and workshops are grounded in Embodied Exploration®—our way of teaching embodied awareness through small, repeatable practices you can use in real time.
Monthly sessions with
guided practices, explorations, and reflection.
Themes like saying no,
establishing boundaries, and recognizing misalignment.
A community practicing
alongside you — no performance, no fixing.
Learn practical,
body‑based tools you can weave into everyday life, without adding more to your to‑do list.
Understand your own nervous system,
so you can notice stress sooner and respond instead of react when pressure rises.
Strengthen your connection
with yourself, your ability to set and keep boundaries, and your sense of what truly matters in your life.
Longer live sessions with
embodied practices, background context, and time for discussion and reflection.
Guided exercises and
sharing to sense how each theme shows up in your own body and life.
Simple practices and
take‑aways you can bring into your everyday routines at a pace that fits you.

Before anything else, we want you to experience this work—not just think about it.
Our short guided audio practice, “Head to Center,” offers a few minutes to notice your body, soften your attention, and reconnect with yourself in the middle of an ordinary day.
- No special setup needed: You can do it sitting or standing where you are.
- A simple way to test: does this approach feel like a fit for me?
Your guides
We are two occupational therapists and long‑time embodiment practitioners who have spent years in high‑pressure environments and in dedicated practice spaces, learning how to stay present and responsive when a lot is on the line.
Through Body Comes to Mind, we bring together clinical experience, martial arts and movement practice, and a deep respect for your inner knowing.
We don’t offer quick fixes or performance hacks. We offer a practice space where you can return to what feels most true in you.
